Patti Henderson is very excited to be joining the Windermere family. She feels in part, as though she has come full circle. Her Grandmother and Great Aunt were frequent visitors to the Windermere House in the 1920's, in fact, my Great Aunt met her husband on the lawn of Windermere House.

Patti returns to her home province and welcomes the opportunity to share her knowledge and experiences with the members and patrons of The Windermere Golf and Country Club. Patti's guiding teaching philosophy is that curiosity, learning and challenging one's self are key to self understanding and putting this into action equals growth and improvement in life and on the tennis court. For Patti, this applies to each of us regardless of age and ability; this is why she enjoys teaching. Her classes will be a blend of fun, learning, movement and balance, social interaction and technique. Patti's coaching credentials include: Canadian Junior National Coach, Big Ten Conference, Metro Conference and Midwest Regional Coach of the Year. She was also in an advisory capacity to the Midwest Tennis Association for their junior development programs. She is also a USTA High Performance Coach and a CAC Level IV Coach. Outside of tennis her interests are varied and include: biking, hiking, skiing, sailing, meditation, reading and music. The list keeps growing.

Congratulations to our 2009 Champions!
